Ideally you will have experience working within recruitment already and exposure to Industrial, Engineering, Driving or commercial desks. With flexibility to work across Nottingham and Derby alike.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Plan for and secure new business opportunities to aid achievement of the monthly / quarterly targets both individually and as part of your team.
• Networking to attract candidates and clients alike utilising social media and industry events.
• To account manage, maintain and develop the existing portfolio of accounts in order to achieve revenue targets and maintain company standards.
• Offer an outstanding level of customer care to all clients and candidates.
• Maximise new business sales opportunities via a planned and strategic approach.
• Book and attend face to face and or virtual sales meetings.
• Interview candidates for client roles.
• Spec out candidates to create opportunities.
• Attend client sites to manage inductions of new staff where appropriate to do so.
• Achieve monthly sales and service KPI's as set by the Management.
• Work towards pre-set promotion targets.
