Are you an experienced recruiter looking to transition from agency to an in-house role? Do you have 360 recruitment experience? This is initial nine month contract with a high possibility of being made permanent

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational roles / handle high-volume recruitment
• Source talent through advertising, networking, referrals, and job fairs
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and reference checks
• Deliver recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders
• Occasional travel to other sites to deliver recruitment campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment within a fast-paced sector
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Super organised and proactive
• UK driving licence and flexibility to travel

NB: This is a site based role, 5 days a week!
