The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist who will be working as part of the Front Office team. You will be responsible for welcoming the guests to the hotel in a warm and friendly manner, attending to their needs throughout their stay. As Receptionist your key responsibilities include: Delivering excellent customer service to our valued guests Manage all requests we get from guests in a helpful & professional manner Contribute fairly to the teams workload on each shift to ensure seamless service for each guest To answer calls in an effective and helpful manner, ensuring that all calls are directed and delivered to the correct department and or extension. To act as a point of contact for all guests, providing assistance and offering them efficient customer service, identifying their needs as well as product knowledge. To assist in arranging room moves, selecting appropriate rooms.
