As a Night Receptionist at Broadwick Soho, you will drive the idea of making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our values of being embracing, creative, generous and playfully exquisite. You will ensure that Broadwick Sohos guests feel welcome and serve our guests to the best of your ability and make their experience as memorable as possible. As a Night Receptionist, you will ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering attentive and personalised service to every guest immediately with a friendly smile and sincere welcome and respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information. You will be resolving any problems or issues quickly, efficiently, and courteously. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. The shift pattern is 4 on 3 off, and we require flexibility to work on our busiest days Wednesday to Saturday. The annual salary is £33,340 plus service charge. What do we need from you? Experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* luxury hotel. Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily. Extensive knowledge of Opera PMS. A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure. Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
