The Role

You will join a highly ranked Real Estate team working on complex, high-value transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, asset management and large-scale development work.

The depth of work within the department allows Legal Directors genuine autonomy to shape their practice around their preferred sectors or specialisms, which is rare within firms of this size.

You will work closely with leading partners who provide hands‑on mentoring, high-quality training and a clear pathway for progression to Partner.
