Draft and negotiate contracts, deeds and documents Provide high quality advice to a wide range of clients on complex property transactions Play an active role in business development
You
3+ years PQE with a strong background in commercial property Track record of successful caseload management with minimal supervision Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
You will have experience in some or all of the following:
Commercial landlord and tenant work Investment and asset management General commercial property development and/or strategic land work Experience of acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
