An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Associate to join a leading Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance team. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of high-value, complex transactions across:
Transport and infrastructure projects Energy transition and decarbonisation initiatives Digital infrastructure (including data centres and EV platforms)
You’ll work closely with highly experienced partners, advising lenders, sponsors, funds and developers on sophisticated, market-leading deals. What you’ll be doing:
Drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation Managing transaction processes from start to finish Supporting development and structured finance deals Working across infrastructure sectors including energy, transport and digital Engaging directly with clients and contributing to business development
What we’re looking for:
Experience in real estate finance, banking & finance, or infrastructure finance Strong technical drafting and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment A proactive, collaborative and commercially aware mindset
