Brierley J are partnering with a thriving construction consultancy in the North East, currently seeking a skilled professional to join their team and support their ambitious growth plans.

The consultancy specialises in project management, cost management, and advisory services, primarily serving healthcare and education clients. They help deliver value across capital construction projects, ensuring a positive and sustainable impact on the built environment and social infrastructure.


Following the recent appointment of a Director to drive growth in the North East, they are now looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor. This role will play a crucial part in supporting expansion, raising the firm’s profile, and contributing to team development.
