My client are a Regional Main Contractor who work across the Lancashire and Cumbria regions, specialising in refurbishment and new build extension projects within the Education, Student Accommodation, Commercial and Healthcare sectors, working on contracts valued from £500k - £3/4m. They currently have a vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working within their Lancaster offices. You will be responsible for: Being an active and effective team member in respect of cost and commercial matters on the clients programmes interfacing with other members of the internal project team. Ensure accuracy and quality is to the standard required by the client.
