Quantity Surveyor Our client are an established construction and building services contractor operating across the North West and surrounding regions. They deliver a variety of public and private sector projects, across sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, leisure and retail, supported by their own in-house trades and manufacturing facilities. You will manage budgets, prepare contracts, and oversee subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Providing commercial advice and accurate financial reporting, you'll work closely with project teams and clients, attending site meetings and ensuring compliance throughout. What's in it for you? Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, with an early finish at 16:30 on Fridays. Office-based role with site visits required as needed; all sites are within a reasonable distance from the office.
