Tradeline have partnered with a forward thinking, growing Main Contractor who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their regional office based in Central Manchester.

As a business, they work across all sectors including Cladding Remediation, Education, Commercial Office and Healthcare.

With a strong pipeline of work already secured for 2027 you will be joining the business at a crucial time where you can play a key role in delivering high quality projects while progressing your own career.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing multiple live projects, working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success from inception through to completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (not at Senior QS level)
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience working with a main contractor
• Experience working with Tier 2 contractors
• Strong experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously
• Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
