Position Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor at Velta Construction, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and sustainability. While experience in civil engineering projects is , we are open to considering candidates from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: Conduct measurement and valuations Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts Monitor and review the financial performance of contracts Provide project performance reports to senior management Communicate with clients regarding project performance Ensure timely customer payments within contract terms Procure subcontractors and manage subcontractor accounts Price projects before contract agreement Requirements: : A degree in Quantity Surveying, but we also accept equivalent qualifications like HND or HNC.
