An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to lead strategic development across the NHS estate in Wales. This role involves managing a team of expert advisors and providing high-level guidance on capital investment, estate strategy, and infrastructure planning. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable, patient-centred healthcare environments, working closely with government and health board stakeholders to deliver impactful estates solutions. ??? Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate professional advice on major capital investment programmes, totalling nearly £300 million annually. Scrutinise business cases and oversee delivery to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Provide expert guidance on estate planning, procurement, and design quality. Apply specialist knowledge and RICS cost analysis data. Support the development and implementation of estate strategies across NHS organisations. ??
