Chartered Quantity Surveyor - Cardiff - Immediate Start

We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to be based in Cardiff, offering a hybrid working opportunity and an excellent benefits package.

This role is to work within a Public Sector organisation, overseeing construction project costs and contracts, ensuring projects are kept within budget and contractual obligations.

Day to Day:

1. Work with partner organisations on their capital work projects/programmes
2. Overseeing construction project budgets
3. Managing business cases, reviewing costs
4. Project management
5. Presenting to a board
6. Project progress meetings

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• RICs or CIOB essential
• Construction-related qualification desirable
• Project management experience – ability to plan and coordinate
• Experience of working at a senior level
• Public Sector/Healthcare experience desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Presentation experience
