Quantity Surveyor \n\n£45,000 to £55,000 + Package\n\nManchester\n\nYour new company\n Our client is a well-established construction and interior services specialist with a strong reputation for delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and design-and-build projects across multiple sectors including education, healthcare, corporate offices, and community spaces. Operating across the North West, they are continuing to expand and are now seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.\n\nYour new role\n Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to support projects from tender through to final account.

Based in Manchester, you will play a key role in cost management, procurement, and contractual control across a range of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.
