QUANTITY SURVEYOR – HYBRID WORKING - Commercial Groundworks projects - Midlands region \nSalary up to £90,000 + Package\nLtd Co Status £450per day\n\nWorking for a very reputable £25million turnover local groundworks and civil engineering business that operates throughout the Midlands region. This role is ideally for a civil engineering or groundworks experienced Quantity Surveyor that wants to have ownership of a variety of projects strictly in the Midlands region. Hybrid Working available for the Quantity Surveyor role.\n\nGroundworks Project Packages include:\n•\tFoundations\n•\tDeep and Shallow Drainage\n•\tRetaining Structures foundations\n•\tBalancing Ponds\n•\tHard and Soft Landscaping\n•\tSurfacing\n\nAll projects are working with commercial and industrial projects/clients.

No Resi groundworks.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n•\tSite Measurement\n•\tValuations\n•\tVariations\n•\tCost Reporting\n•\tNegotiating\n•\tForecasting\n•\tFinal Accounts\n\nRequirements\n•\tProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within either Groundworks or Civil Engineering\n•\tNEC Contract Experience\n•\tGood Communication skills\n•\tMidlands home location\n\nRewards\nSalary to suit circa £90,000\nCar Package\nPension\nHealthcare\nHolidays\nFlexible Working\n\nQuantity Surveyor Degree not required, but desirable
