Job Description

Quantity Surveyor – HYBRID WORKING\n3 Days WORK FROM HOME + 2 Days on site\nPERMANENT or LTD COMPANY rewards around\nSalary to £90,000 or £450per day\nCivil Engineering and Groundworks\n\nQuantity Surveyor needed to mange the cost controls and cost reporting on between 2-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £2m - £4m.\n\nQuantity Surveyor should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. On site 2 days a week and home working 3 days a week.\n\n•\tSites are within 30 miles of Coventry and surrounding areas. \n•\tReporting to Managing Quantity Surveyor\n•\tWorking for a very wesrtbalished business\n•\tAll clients are large blue chip construction organisations\n\nCompany Profile:\nOne of the UK’s best known and respected Civil Engineering and Groundworks contractors that operates on projects ranging from £1m - £15m in value across the Midlands.

\n\nCovering civil engineering and groundworks across: \n•\tDéfense\n•\tHealthcare\n•\tCommercial\n•\tIndustrial\n•\tTechnology\n•\tMotorsport\n•\tHeavy industry\n\nWorks will typically include:\n•\tBulk excavation\n•\tGround remediation\n•\tGround beams and floor slabs\n•\tPile caps\n•\tFoundations\n•\tSpecialist tanking installation\n•\tRetaining walls\n•\tSubstructures\n•\tReinforced concrete sub-structures\n•\tReinforced concrete super-structures\n•\tComplex formwork installations\n•\tBasements\n•\tRefurbishment\n•\tExternal works\n•\tHard landscaping\n\nRewards\nSalary to suit experience level – circa up to £90,000 + car package, Pension, Holidays, etc\n\nOr Limited company is fine – Circa £450 daily
