Quantity Surveyor\n\nResidential Housebuilding\n\nAn established residential housebuilder is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, working across new-build housing and mixed-tenure developments.\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nCommercial management of residential developments from site start through to completion\n\nSubcontract procurement, tender analysis, and order placement\n\nPreparation and management of budgets, CVRs, and cost reports\n\nValuation of subcontractor applications and agreement of final accounts\n\nManagement of variations and cost control to protect project margins\n\nClose collaboration with site, technical, and sales teams\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\nProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the housebuilding or residential construction sector\n\nStrong commercial awareness and understanding of cost control and procurement\n\nAbility to manage multiple live sites and work to tight budgets and programmes\n\nConfident communicator with subcontractors and internal stakeholders\n\nRelevant construction or commercial qualification \n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary and package\n\nLong-term career progression within a stable housebuilding business\n\nExposure to high-quality residential developments and supportive commercial leadership\n\nTo apply, please submit your CV or contact us for a confidential discussion.\n\nLinsco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
