Quantity Surveyor Location: Pontyclun / South Wales Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) Job Type: Permanent

A well-established specialist subcontractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently qualified, early in their QS career, or already working in a junior / assistant QS role and ready to step into a broader position with genuine exposure to live projects and commercial responsibility. However, people with more experience are also welcome to apply.

The business delivers specialist construction packages across carpentry, joinery and internal works for projects in both the public and private sectors across South Wales and the South West. You’ll join a busy and supportive commercial team, working on projects from tender stage through to final account while developing strong all-round QS skills in a specialist subcontractor environment.

The Role You will support the commercial management of projects from early-stage pricing through to final account, working closely with experienced colleagues and learning the full lifecycle of subcontractor-delivered construction packages.
