Quality Monitoring Officer
Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and customer outcomes? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Monitoring Officer to join our dynamic team in Ipswich.
This role plays a crucial part in upholding our commitment to excellent service and delivering on the FCA’s Consumer Duty.
Duties will include
- Independently review and monitor quality standards across customer accounts, ensuring good outcomes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and errors with financial or reputational impact.
- Conduct and document both individual quality checks and thematic reviews.
- Work cross-functionally to evaluate findings, make recommendations, and contribute to client and internal reports.
- Actively support continuous improvement and change initiatives from a Quality Assurance perspective.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal - across all business levels.
- Analytical mindset with investigative and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and confidence presenting data in both narrative and numerical formats.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- A collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach to teamwork and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
- A keen understanding of FCA’s Consumer Duty principles.
- Commitment to identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring positive customer journeys.
- Ability to provide insightful, constructive feedback.
- A drive to take ownership, deliver results, and influence positive change.
