We are recruiting for a Quality Manager to join our client based in Milton Keynes Hours of work: 8am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-3.30pm Friday This is a key role for the business where you will be the focal point for Quality Control and Quality Assurance. You will have a small number of direct reports and will also have responsibility for hiring and training new employees as well as appraisals and other employee related matters. Key responsibilities overview: Company contact for external auditing Contract reviews ISO9001; AS9100 and NADCAP approvals as well as responsibilities in accordance with these standards Recording and reporting data as well as analysing, including information regarding quality, reliability and expectancy of the finished product Working in partnership with production and other departments Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of their product including testing Designing and controlling training programs Investigating any complaints Some travel involved to meet with suppliers and customers.
