A global food manufacturer in Cambridgeshire are on the hunt for a new Quality Manager to join a highly successful Technical team. This is a new role in the business and a real chance for you to make a difference!

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the QA team to maintain strong performance Support the continuous improvement and effective implementation of the site Quality Management System Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, customer requirements, and internal quality standards Provide day-to-day QA support on the factory floor Support the HACCP team Assist with internal audits, including GMP, hygiene, and traceability Support the preparation and delivery of BRC and customer audits Manage non-conformances and root cause investigations to prevent recurrence Oversee product holds, releases, rework processes, and related documentation Support the investigation of customer complaints and help implement corrective actions Promote a strong food safety and quality culture across the siteWhat they are looking for:
