If youve built your career around quality control, audits and compliance and youre confident dealing directly with customer technical and quality teams this is a role where youll genuinely make an impact. The Opportunity This is a newly created role driven by business growth. Youll take ownership of customer-facing quality, audit performance and compliance standards , acting as the key link between internal operations and external client expectations. Youll be trusted to: Lead on audit readiness and performance (BRCGS AA+) Work directly with customer quality and technical teams Drive improvements across quality, compliance and KPI performance The Role This is a hands-on, audit-led Quality Management role with strong external exposure. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary technical and quality contact for customers and retailers
