The Opportunity This is a newly created role driven by business growth.
Youll take ownership of customer-facing quality, audit performance and compliance standards , acting as the key link between internal operations and external client expectations.
Youll be trusted to:
Lead on audit readiness and performance (BRCGS AA+)
Work directly with customer quality and technical teams
Drive improvements across quality, compliance and KPI performance
The Role This is a hands-on, audit-led Quality Management role with strong external exposure.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical and quality contact for customers and retailers
Lead and support BRCGS and customer audits
Work directly with client quality control teams to ensure compliance
Manage and improve HACCP and food safety systems
Oversee quality control processes and testing programmes
Lead non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA
Maintain and develop the QMS (Quality Management System)
Ensure compliance with GMP, retailer standards and Codes of Practice
Drive a culture of audit readiness and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For Experience in a Quality Manager / Technical Manager / QA Manager role
Background in food, nutraceutical, pharma or regulated manufacturing
Strong experience with BRCGS audits and retailer standards
Confident working with customer technical / quality teams
Strong understanding of: HACCP
GMP
QMS
Food safety & compliance
