The successful Quality Inspector will be easily able to commute to HUDDERSFIELD from surrounding towns & cities, including Leeds, Dewsbury, Halifax, Wakefield and Brighouse.
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector.
Support and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, including internal auditing and compliance activities. Perform inspection of purchased and manufactured components against engineering drawings, specifications, and standards. Use CMM and conventional metrology equipment to verify dimensional accuracy and product conformity. Investigate and manage non-conformances, raising NCRs and Supplier Defect Reports through SAP. Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement.Requirements of the Quality Inspector.
