Quality Inspector Job Title: Quality Inspector Rate: £30000-£35000 per annum Location : Reading Hours: Monday- Friday, 40hours per week Contract: Permanent We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Goods-In Quality Inspector to join our team, responsible for ensuring all incoming materials and components meet specified quality standards before they are accepted into production. Key Responsibilities of a Quality Inspector: Inspect incoming goods and materials Verify supplier documentation Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) Identify, record, and report non-conforming materials to the relevant internal teams and suppliers. Collaborate with the purchasing and quality departments Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection records in line with company procedures. Operate inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
