Job Title: Graduate Quality Engineer\nLocation: Manchester, UK\nSalary: £28,000 – £30,000\n\nOverview:\nWe are seeking a Graduate Quality Engineer to support quality assurance and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist with internal audits, inspections, and compliance activities\nMonitor product quality and support day-to-day quality checks\nAnalyse production data to identify trends and improvement areas\nSupport root cause analysis and implement corrective actions\nWork closely with production teams to resolve quality issues\nMaintain quality documentation and reports\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) \n\n Requirements:\n\nDegree in Engineering or related field\nStrong analytical and communication skills\nKnowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is beneficial \n\n Benefits:\n\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\nCompany pension scheme\n4.5-day working week\nOn-site parking
