We are recruiting for a QSHE Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Wellingborough area. This is a hands-on, systems-focused role supporting the Managing Director and working closely with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure environmental, compliance, and management systems are maintained to a high standard across the site. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and wants to play a key role in keeping a manufacturing business compliant, efficient, and environmentally responsible. You will not be managing a team, but you will hold a senior and respected position within the business, supporting key operational and compliance activities across the site.
