Conduct GMP, GHP, CCP competency, and internal audits, ensuring findings are reported and corrective actions are implemented and followed up.

Perform daily quality monitoring activities including product sampling, laboratory testing, and organising taste panel sessions to ensure standards are consistently met.

Investigate customer complaints, process deviations, and non-conformances, identifying root causes and ensuring corrective and preventative actions are completed.

Support site food safety by identifying potential risks (foreign body, chemical, microbiological), completing traceability exercises, and assisting during customer audits.

Manage quality incidents and concessions, ensuring clear communication with operational teams and accurate documentation.

Monitor site hygiene and compliance through GMP and housekeeping standards across production areas.

Present and track Technical KPIs (e.g., complaints, GMP performance) in daily meetings and support continuous improvement activities.

Skills & Experience Previous QA/QC experience in food manufacturing (essential).

Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC standards, and food safety legislation .

Good communication and teamwork skills , with the ability to coach others and work independently.

Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Ability to produce accurate reports and maintain documentation .

Good IT and systems skills .
