Key Responsibilities: Maintain and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, including document control, version management, and adherence to change procedures.
Conduct GMP, GHP, CCP competency, and internal audits, ensuring findings are reported and corrective actions are implemented and followed up.
Perform daily quality monitoring activities including product sampling, laboratory testing, and organising taste panel sessions to ensure standards are consistently met.
Investigate customer complaints, process deviations, and non-conformances, identifying root causes and ensuring corrective and preventative actions are completed.
