You’ll adapt tasks, give regular check-ins and build a relationship based on consistency and trust.This is not a typical teaching assistant role – it’s tailored, personal and vital. You’ll help this young person access learning and grow in confidence throughout the year. The Candidate You’ve got a psychology (or related) degree and a genuine interest in neurodiversity and learning needs. You might have experience in mentoring, youth work or tutoring, and you’re comfortable working 1:1.Patience, consistency and emotional intelligence are key.
