Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting? This ‘Good’ secondary school in Bilston is offering an immediate start for a full-time role supporting students with special educational needs.

The Role You’ll support pupils across KS3 and KS4 who face challenges related to Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. Your role will include classroom support, delivering targeted intervention groups, and one-to-one mentoring to build self-esteem, social skills, and resilience.
Working closely with the SENCO, you'll help plan and adapt strategies for pupils, track progress, and contribute to a positive school experience for every child you support.
The Candidate You’ll need a psychology or related degree and a strong interest in child development or mental health. A calm, empathetic approach is vital, and any experience with young people or SEN is a plus. Full training will be given.
