Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a confidential estates and property initiative within a major UK organisation. This role suits someone who can manage several short, time-boxed projects at once and who brings a strong blend of organisation, strategic thinking and senior stakeholder management. The position requires a background in property, estates or facilities-related project delivery rather than a purely technology-focused profile.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of property projects from initiation to completion Manage timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams Engage confidently with senior stakeholders across property, operations, finance and external partners Support the strategic direction of the property programme and contribute to decision-making Produce structured project documentation, including plans, RAID logs and regular reporting Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations, ...
