Were recruiting for aProperty Managerto join a well-established and growing lettings team in St Austell. Youll take responsibility for a mix of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a smooth, professional, and responsive service.

Package:

  • £27,000 to £29,000 per annum

Responsibilities :

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish
  • Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance is up to standard
  • Overseeing move-ins and move-outs to ensure a seamless process
  • Keeping systems, records, and diaries organised and up to date

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in property, lettings, or a similar customer-focused role such as holiday homes or hospitality property management, other experience considered
  • Strong communication skills confident, clear, and professional
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive mindset someone who solves problems before they escalate
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with a good level of initiative
