Package:
- £27,000 to £29,000 per annum
- Full time contract

Responsibilities :
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish
- Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance is up to standard
- Overseeing move-ins and move-outs to ensure a seamless process
- Keeping systems, records, and diaries organised and up to date
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in property, lettings, or a similar customer-focused role such as holiday homes or hospitality property management, other experience xbpsjku considered
- Strong communication skills confident, clear, and professional
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive mindset someone who solves problems before they escalate
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a good level of initiative
