Litigation Fee Earner / Solicitor

Location: Hybrid (following initial onboarding)

Salary: Competitive + Quarterly Target-Driven Bonus


Are you an ambitious litigation professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a growing and highly regarded firm specialising in landlord and tenant matters, who are looking to add a driven and commercially minded Fee Earner or Solicitor to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing environment where you’ll manage your own caseload, work closely with clients, and play a key role in delivering excellent legal outcomes.


The Role

You will be responsible for advising and representing clients across a range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical ability alongside commercial awareness.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own caseload while ensuring matters progress efficiently and proactively
  • Delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice tailored to client objectives
  • Drafting high-quality legal documentation and correspondence
  • Conducting detailed legal research to support case strategy
  • Communicating confidently with clients, third parties, and opposing solicitors
  • Providing transparent updates on costs and managing client expectations
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting legal documentation accurately and on time
  • Attending and leading client meetings to progress matters and identify further opportunities
  • Managing time recording, billing, and working towards financial targets
  • Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to a high-performing team culture


About You

  • Experience handling litigation matters (ideally landlord & tenant)
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
  • Ambitious and motivated to contribute to both personal and team success
