We’re working with a growing and highly regarded firm specialising in landlord and tenant matters, who are looking to add a driven and commercially minded Fee Earner or Solicitor to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing environment where you’ll manage your own caseload, work closely with clients, and play a key role in delivering excellent legal outcomes. The Role You will be responsible for advising and representing clients across a range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical ability alongside commercial awareness. Key responsibilities include:
Managing your own caseload while ensuring matters progress efficiently and proactively Delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice tailored to client objectives Drafting high-quality legal documentation and correspondence Conducting detailed legal research to support case strategy Communicating confidently with clients, third parties, and opposing solicitors Providing transparent updates on costs and managing client expectations Preparing, reviewing, and submitting legal documentation accurately and on time Attending and leading client meetings to progress matters and identify further opportunities Managing time recording, billing, and working towards financial targets Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to a high-performing team culture
About You
Experience handling litigation matters (ideally landlord & tenant) Strong client management and communication skills Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines Ambitious and motivated to contribute to both personal and team success
