We are recruiting an experienced Property & Lettings Manager to take ownership of a growing residential property portfolio alongside the operational oversight of a London-based hotel.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing tenants, compliance, maintenance, and financial administration across multiple sites.
The Role
Reporting into Senior Management / Group Director, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of residential properties and hotel operations, ensuring legal compliance, high standards, and excellent tenant and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
? Managing online letting portals, listings, and viewings
? Conducting property inspections and preparing properties for new tenancies
? Drafting, issuing, and managing tenancy agreements and renewals
? Ensuring full compliance (Gas Safety, EICR, PAT, HMO, licensing, etc.)
? Managing tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs
? Handling deposits, DPS registrations, and disputes
? Monitoring rent payments and chasing arrears
? Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
? Managing safety certifications and remedial works
? Regular portfolio inspections and reporting
? Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
? Maintaining accurate records and property documentation

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in property management and lettings
Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Comfortable working across multiple locations and managing priorities
