Lettings Property Manager

Salary: £33,000 per annum

Location: Maida Vale, London W9

Ashley Milton Property Agents is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Maida Vale. In this office-based role, you will play a vital part in managing a diverse portfolio of both managed lettings and let-only properties.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors, as well as collaborating closely with our Lettings Negotiators to ensure a seamless service for all parties involved. You will also oversee compliance matters related to lettings management, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Lettings Property Manager or in a similar role Strong understanding of property management and lettings regulations Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day property operations for a portfolio of managed lettings and let-only properties Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and maintain accurate records Collaborate with Lettings Negotiators to facilitate smooth tenant placements Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed Address any tenant queries or issues promptly and professionally Prepare documentation for tenancy agreements and renewals
