We are recruiting an experienced Property & Lettings Manager to take ownership of a growing residential property portfolio alongside the operational oversight of a London-based hotel.

This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing tenants, compliance, maintenance, and financial administration across multiple sites.

The Role

Reporting into Senior Management / Group Director, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of residential properties and hotel operations, ensuring legal compliance, high standards, and excellent tenant and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Managing online letting portals, listings, and viewings

✔ Conducting property inspections and preparing properties for new tenancies

✔ Drafting, issuing, and managing tenancy agreements and renewals

✔ Ensuring full compliance (Gas Safety, EICR, PAT, HMO, licensing, etc.)

✔ Managing tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs

✔ Handling deposits, DPS registrations, and disputes

✔ Monitoring rent payments and chasing arrears

✔ Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and contractor management

✔ Managing safety certifications and remedial works
