My Client is a growing property management company based in South West London, specialising in both residential and commercial properties.
They are looking for a proactive and organised Property Administrator to support our wider team across multiple aspects of the property lifecycle. This is a varied role offering exposure to both residential and commercial property management within a busy and professional environment.
Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the property management team Assisting with day-to-day management of residential and commercial portfolios Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and third parties Coordinating maintenance works and tracking progress Maintaining accurate property records and documentation Supporting the team across different stages of the property cycle
