Job Title: Project Manager (12-Month FTC)

Location: London (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Contract: 12-month FTC, with potential extension or permanent role

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to support the Workplace Director in the delivery of a number of high-profile office relocation projects across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. This is a supporting role where strong project management fundamentals are key including process, governance, frameworks, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will not be expected to lead or take over but instead provide structure, discipline, and project management expertise to ensure smooth delivery of complex workplace moves, including the relocation of 200+ partners into a shared Paris office space in 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Workplace Director in planning and delivering office relocations and workplace projects. Apply project management fundamentals, including governance, process, reporting, and budget control. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (including senior partners) to manage expectations and resolve challenges. Support change management and communication around sensitive relocations. Ensure risks and dependencies are tracked and mitigated. Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal frameworks.

About You

Experience: Up to 7 years’ project management experience. Expertise: Strong knowledge of PM frameworks, governance, budgeting, and process discipline. Industry Background: Ideally from legal, consulting, or professional services environments Skills: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to manage senior professionals with tact and diplomacy. Approach: Collaborative, supportive, and structured — able to add value without overshadowing the Workplace Director.
