My client is a leading multi-million-pound Fit Out and Refurbishment contractor, with several specialist divisions and a core focus on their Interiors team. This central department is responsible for delivering some of London’s largest and most prestigious office fit-out and refurbishment schemes.
With over 35 years of success in the industry and a turnover of £170m+ to date, the business continues to grow year on year. Despite their size and achievements, they maintain a close-knit, family-oriented culture with impressively low staff turnover. They’re well-regarded across the market for their strong reputation, ability to attract and retain top talent, and commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
Beyond their commercial success, the company prides itself on making a positive community impact. They have raised more than £100k for multiple charities, run an extensive CSR programme, and actively support local schools and hospitals. Their industry recognition includes multiple accolades, including Fit Out Company of the Year.
In addition to a highly competitive package, they offer employees daily opportunities for progression, personal development, and long-term career growth. This is a unique chance to join one of London’s most respected fit-out specialists and contribute to some of the capital’s most high-profile projects.
