We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the Brandon area to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis, working closely with our installation teams and customers to deliver high-quality bathroom projects. This opportunity is with a respected and growing company within the home improvement and installations sector. Youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial survey through to final installation, working in a business that values customer care, technical excellence, and strong team collaboration. As a Project Manager, you will be:Managing the full customer journey from survey through to installation completionCarrying out detailed technical surveys and producing accurate specificationsOverseeing bathroom installation projects and resolving on-site challengesWorking closely with installers to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfactionManaging customer relationships, including vulnerable and elderly clients with care and professionalismHandling reactive works, warranty issues, and escalationsCollaborating with Sales, Operations, and internal teams to maintain service standardsMonitoring KPIs such as installation timelines, costs, and customer feedbackSupporting and developing an effective, skilled installer networkId love to speak to anyone who has:Previous experience in project management within construction or installationsStrong technical knowledge of bathroom fitting or similar tradesExperience carrying out surveys and producing detailed plans (CAD knowledge desirable)Excellent communication and customer service skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and work proactivelyA strong understanding of health & safety and customer-focused regulationsExperience working with CRM systems or field-based softwareThis Project Manager role is offering the following benefits:£40,000 £50,000 per annum£4,800 per year car allowanceMonday Friday, 40 hours per weekPension: Standard auto enrolment25 days plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year after 2 years of service (up to 30 days)Birthday leave: Paid day off on your birthday (in addition to annual leave)Full-time, permanent positionCompany support and ongoing developmentOpportunity to work with a growing and reputable businessLong-term career progression opportunitiesLocation & travel This is a field-based role, covering installations within your geographical area, with travel to customer homes and sites required.
