We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the Brandon area to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis, working closely with our installation teams and customers to deliver high-quality bathroom projects.
This opportunity is with a respected and growing company within the home improvement and installations sector. Youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial survey through to final installation, working in a business that values customer care, technical excellence, and strong team collaboration.
Id be keen to see applications from anyone with experience as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Installations Manager, or Site Manager within construction, property maintenance, or home improvement sectors.
As a Project Manager, you will be: Managing the full customer journey from survey through to installation completion Carrying out detailed technical surveys and producing accurate specifications Overseeing bathroom installation projects and resolving on-site challenges Working closely with installers to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction Managing customer relationships, including vulnerable and elderly clients with care and professionalism Handling reactive works, warranty issues, and escalations Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and internal teams to maintain service standards
