What we’re looking for

2+ years’ proven experience in Project Management FinTech background highly desirable (but not essential if you’re quick to learn Strong academic track recodrExceptional analytical thinking and communication skills Energy, drive, and passion for thriving in a fast-paced, agile, and innovative tech environment

What you’ll be doing

End-to-End Delivery – Own projects from scoping through to execution, embedding the right frameworks and methodologies for success Strategic Planning – Shape scope, deliverables, and roadmaps for high-impact initiatives Release Leadership – Steer critical releases in a regulated environment, ensuring zero disruption Stakeholder Alignment – Act as the glue between cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and keeping everyone moving in the same direction Proactive Risk Control – Anticipate roadblocks, design mitigation strategies, and resolve issues before they escalate
