The Role
BASE LOCATION: Bellshill (hybrid) This role requires you to be on-site 3 days per week
SALARY: Depending on skills and experience
WORKING PATTERN: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)
Role Description

Kick ICT Group currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to join the team. As an Applications Project Manager you will play an important role in the continued success of our business, managing the successful delivery of our projects now and in the future.
You will be responsible for managing the successful deliverables of Applications Projects, covering multiple disciplines and provide solutions that support both business operation improvements, product and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
· Leading the successful delivery of projects.
· Engage all stakeholder groups to create project teams responsible for the development, testing and operational handover of business support systems.
· Plan and coordinate project team resources, ensuring the correct skills and schedules are in place.
· Develop and present full project plans.
· Manage internal project resource ensuring clear deliverables, budget, objectives and timelines are understood and achieved.
· Lead and support team members to ensure they understand their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables within the plan.
· Drive collaboration and teamwork to co-ordinate project tasks.
· Carry out effective and proactive risk, issue & change management.
· Provide accurate and timely status reporting.
· Work as part of a wider team to collaboratively develop and continuously improve standard project governance process procedures along with ongoing compliance.
· Achieving Chargeable Utilisation KPI.
What do I need?
Essential
· Experience in project life cycles.
· Experience in project management using methodologies & best practice.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Outstanding organisational skills with attention to details.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to build long lasting relationships.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· An ability to work under pressure against short timescales.
· Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Desirable
· Prince 2 or similar project management certification
· Experience of ERP project management preferably in the Microsoft Dynamics space.
· Experience in working in a consulting environment.
· Strong business/financial background.
