Meraki Talent’s investment client is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager (Trade Settlements) to lead an important stream of work focusing on readiness for T+1 Settlement. The Senior Project Manager (Trade Settlements) will deliver upon this key project, working towards the Oct 2027 deadline. This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who has a solid knowledge of investment operations, a knowledge and experience of the trade settlement process would be exceptionally handy.
Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager (Trade Settlements):
- Lead projects within the portfolio, ensuring adherence to standards
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables
- Set and implement project governance,
- Lead project with clients, developing relationships
- Preparing project plans and tracking activities against plans
- Set project budget and resource allocation
- Lead projects of a small/medium size, covering multi location events
Background of the Senior Project Manager (Trade Settlements):
- Experience working as a career Project Manager, Change Manager or Programme Manager within the investment sector is essential
- A knowledge of fund servicing helpful
- Experience of trade processing/settlement would be exceptionally handy
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in Glasgow office 50% of the month (non-negotiable)
