Only 8 days onsite per month, the rest are remote.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Analyst to join the Capabilities Team within Global Procurement as a contractor. Supporting the PMO lead, this role will focus on driving strategic initiatives, providing project oversight, and fostering excellence in project management practices.

Collaborate with procurement team leaders and subject matter experts to develop and refine their project plans for successful execution of key projects.

Capture and monitor project deliverables, status updates, risks, issues, key decisions, and ensure proactive resolution.

Prepare accurate and engaging monthly status reports for the Procurement Leadership Team to support informed decision-making.

Assist with ad-hoc assignments such as Business Continuity Planning, Financial Analysis, and cross-functional team coordination for the Capabilities Team.

Qualifications:

Experience in a global project management environment, with a strong focus in a PMO environment, and reporting.

PMI-certified (e.g., PMP, CAPM) with a solid foundation in project management principles and tools highly desired.

Experience with Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and/or Program & Project Management technologies is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree required.
