A modern, fast-growing construction consultancy with their main office based in London are looking for a client-facing and passionate Project Manager with cladding remediation experience to join their team.The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a building consultancy with a multidisciplinary team of 65+ consultants, who are focussed on successfully delivering high quality cladding remediation schemes for their clients across the residential, commercial, healthcare, education and industrial sectors with project values up to £75m.The Project Manager will be expected to work in the office / site 3 days per week and can work remote 2 days per week.The Project Manager role:The Project Manager will be confident at supporting the senior team across pre and post contract stages of project lifecycles.The Project Manager will also play a key role in providing support/mentorship to Assistant Project Managers to allow them to grow their skillset.You will be responsible for: Supporting the delivery of current schemes in Industrial, Manufacturing and Education sectorWorking closely with Assistant and Senior Project Managers throughout all stages of projectsReport to Senior Project Managers on a weekly basis with progress updatesSupport the review of project costs to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraintsSet up and attend client meetings with Senior Project Managers, Associate Directors and Project DirectorEnsure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsProject Manager requirements: Previous experience working for a UK construction consultancyPrevious experience delivering cladding remediation worksPre and post contract experienceKnowledge of the building safety actMRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferredA relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:£55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package25 days annual leave + Bank HolidaysWork laptop / phoneDiscretionary bonus up to 17%Hybrid offered (3 days office, 2 days home)Travel to site covered10% pension contributionSociable companyQuarterly event daysIf you are a Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a close-knit Consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.02038083802 - 07401083877Reference - LB1325648JBRP1_UKTJ
